As Founder of Peak Partners, Trent has developed expertise in recruitment services to the Mining & Energy sectors over 12 years.
His journey has seen him remain entrenched within the Mining & Energy industries, and navigating their inevitable cycles to perfect his approach to engaging with industry. From influencing mega mining capital projects during the Australian mining boom in 2011/2012, through to tailored global mining management recruitment across 6 continents, Trent has developed a deep global footprint heavily focussed on critical minerals and the energy transition.
Key to Trent's success is his passion for the industry and the businesses he represents, notably recognised for his ability to promote campaigns and opportunities better than the business themselves. With a focus on cultural alignment, Trent's achieves consistent and lasting exclusive partnerships for both bespoke and volume assignments.
