Peak Partners is the culmination of a number elements that have strong alignment and interest to what I have and want to create. ‘Peak’ for the delivery of peak performance, providing peak experiences. Continuously improving and pushing to operate at the peak of our abilities. Another element that certainly resonates with me is I really enjoy trail running and enjoy the push to the peak, getting up the mountain. This is the new hobby now I’ve finished playing football.
‘Partners’ from two perspectives; first – because that is the description of the relationships we possess with clients and candidates… genuinely.
It’s feedback I’ve received in the past that the way I’ve gone about marketing a company’s business is in a way that I’m a partner, not a service provider. Our model is focussed on repeat, consistent business… a partnership, not short-term transactional approaches. Second – because as I grow, I want the team and new members to become partners in the business.
