His career has tracked the sector through its cycles. From major capital projects during the 2011/2012 mining boom to global mining management recruitment across six continents, he has built a deep network focused on critical minerals and the energy transition.

Since launching Peak Partners, Trent has made more than 220 placements in the first 15 months and managed 50+ priority roles simultaneously. He specialises in executive search, underground and technical recruitment, and the ramp-up phases and large-scale workforce builds that define major projects.
