GENERAL MANAGER
Trent successfully appointed 16 professionals to our team across technical services, mine operations, environment, HR, safety, finance and projects.  He assisted us through two critical phases – a transition from a fully residential mine to FIFO, and through an uncertain sale process.  We have also engaged Trent on an exclusive basis to assist us with a campaign to identify two Superintendents and three Mining Engineers, successfully filling all five positions.
SENIOR HR ADVISOR
Over a 12 month period, we utilised Trent Clulow to assist with recruitment for 6 placements in our business.  These positions were located at either our Brisbane Head Office, or on our projects at mine sites in South Africa and Madagascar.  The roles covered mining engineering, supervision and capital project management across multiple commodities. During the period of engagement, Trent has been very proactive and efficient in identifying candidates who are both qualified for the positions as well as being likely to easily align with our Company Values and the way we work.  
DIRECTOR
Over the past 2 years, Trent Clulow has successfully made 12 permanent placement with us requiring regional relocation to our mine site.  In that time, he has made successful placement across Sustaining Capital, Operations, Projects, Contracts & Procurement teams and also completed 3 visits to our site.  Additionally, the communications are timely and professional.  Of note is the calibre of candidates he has been able to source in the engineering and contract fields; these have been particularly impressive.
